February Running Stats: It was Cold!

January was fairly awesome, February was cold. I finally gave into the cold, dark days and nights. I broke my run streak and took some days off. And many daily runs were short. But I remained injury-free and healthy. I'm set up for a good March, but not sufficiently prepared for the Land Between the Lakes trail marathon (March 12). No long runs in February. I guess I'll have to trust the late January 28-mile Riddle Run as my sole prep for LBL. Here are my monthly statistics for February, with comparison to January:

I'm confident that March will have more total miles. And more long runs. My trail marathon will kick-start my preparation for two half-marathons in April (Allerton and Illinois). April will be a great month!
